Benoit received his Chemistry Degree from the Institut Universitaire Technologique of Orleans, France and was employed as an analytical chemist with Sanofi-Synthelabo, a major French pharmaceutical company. Benoit joined ETS Laboratories in 1999 as a seasonal harvest intern through the CAEP exchange program and decided to stay and make Napa Valley and ETS his home.

Benoit began his career at ETS performing routine production analysis. Ben quickly became section leader for the high throughput GC/MS department based upon his leadership, strong analytical training, and previous industrial experience.

Benoit is one of the primary client liaisons at ETS and is a member of the quality team performing report validation prior to releasing customer results. Benoit is a TTB certified chemist for analysis of wines.

Benoit Largeteau is married and lives with his wife, Mia, in the Bay Area, near the City life. He enjoys travelling, skiing, and recreational pursuits in the Lake Tahoe area.
