Maria Gallegos was born and raised in El Llano, Michoacan in Mexico. She and her husband moved to the United States in 1986, and in 1988, Maria joined ETS Laboratories as a lab housekeeper.

Over the past 21 years, she been a part of ETS and experienced its growth and development from the ground up, advancing along the way to lab assistant and laboratory technician positions. Maria plays an important role at ETS, running both manual chemistries and automated analyzers. In addition, she serves as a mentor to new hires and foreign interns. As a member of the original ISO accreditation team, Maria’s many years of experience provided indispensable depth and knowledge during the accreditation process.

Maria was chosen to help launch the new Healdsburg facility because of her breadth of knowledge and experience. Maria recently celebrated her 20th anniversary at ETS, and is excited to make the move to our new location in Sonoma County.
